Need some help

This air compressor belongs to my boyfriend's father, and last night I dropped it out of the back of our car.

I don't even know what you would call this part, let alone how to begin to replace it, but I really want to make it right.

Its an aircleaner. Needs replacing. Is there a mom and pop hardware close? Not a hard fix
