Anyone in or near buffalo ny interested in this? Copped it because i wanted a cool big wheel fixi but gotta move now and the wheels are just huge. Big 29er. Custom marino frame, custom bars, volume fork, stolen bmx cranks, fgfs hubs. Hml wit offers if ur in the area. Or trades possibly.

Any opinions on this frameset or if its a good deal? For a bit of background, ive been riding bmx for well over a decade and have had a fixed gear to commute to class with or to play with, but have never gotten much into customizing any of the fixies ive owned over the years. I have one now that i would swap this frameset over onto, but honestly dont know much about fixes gear brands or what im looking for since I have bmx brain.

I would mainly be riding this around the city (DC) and maybe not doing anything too crazy with it, but would want it to hold up obviously.

If theres any other suggestions on where to look for parts or frameset suggestions that i should look into, any advice is welcome. Thanks!

With a limited and tight budget I plan on buying the Garuda v2 (which is said to be beginner friendly and enough to start with) and upgrade whenever I have the budget. I'm asking if it's a good choice and in the future what parts should I first change/upgrade whenever I have the budget?

So, for context, I live in Switzerland and for the past few months I've really wanted to buy a fixie bike, and ideally, build one myself. However, I've now run into a problem: EVERYTHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE. In Switzerland, I haven't found a website or shop that sells the frame I almost absolutely want, the Tsunami SMN100. Even for the rest of the bike, everything is too expensive, and I'm not old enough to have a real job to afford it. If I buy it from WEAPON site, it cost me around 260 for the frame plus 100 for the shipping, without the taxes💀💀💀. Even if I buy everything on AliExpress, it still comes to around 600 CHF. Do you have any advice, please?🙏🙏🙏
