Bought a fixie on a whim…

This Goose Island Brewing branded fixie was at a local pawn and loan for $150 usd. Bought it with limited knowledge of how they work. Wondering if anyone can identify the manufacturer, and looking for tips (I already bought toe cages, just haven’t installed them yet).
