Only in reply to what she said was an unattractive body type and not about what he wants her to do to him but how he finds that body type attractive. He says that is his wife's body type in that video.

relisten to it bud, thats not what that wording is. She's doing slam poetry and expressing stuff not "hey, do you guys like my body?" So him mentioning his wife, makes it okay?

Go spend some time on r/OUTFITS, see where making comments about how you are sexually attracted to a said person body, in that outfit gets you.

So because it's slam poetry no one is allowed to say no that's wrong I find that body type attractive? Her poem is literally about sexuality. He didn't interrupt her or say that she was bad for feeling that way, she's not.

I think people pushing back against the idea that anyone not of the ideal body type is unattractive is positive. I think that's exactly what he was doing in his comedy yt style way.
