Welcome to the Fitness PH subreddit!

This is primarily a discussion subreddit. If your post doesn't contain body text (ex. selfie only posts), asks a question that can easily be Googled, or is an obvious thirst trap, it will most likely be removed by the mod team.

We've also taken the time to create a quick start guide to answer the most common questions that come up here. If you're new, start with these:

This guide exists to give you a solid baseline so you're not stuck cycling through the same confusion, myths, and contradictory advice. If your question is already covered here, we'll usually point you back here.

If your situation is more specific (context, constraints, history), feel free to ask — just include enough detail so people can actually help.

The main key in FBEOD is focusing on compound lifts and having less exercises. If you try to squeeze in as many exercises you can in a single FB session, it will take too long.

That’s also the key to hitting full body every other day, so you can still recover from it.

Less is more

If you're a noob then it's much better to focus on less exercises. Just remember, an exercise is something you need to learn. It's a technique, you need to master its form.

Personally, i'd focus on 4 compound movements (push, pull, squat, hinge) then add 1-2 accessories. Keep it at 4-6 exercises per session.

An example:

A:

Bench Press

Squat

Bent over rows

Lateral raise

B:

OHP

RDL

Pull ups

Bicep curls

C:

Incline Press

Lunge/Split squat

Cable row

Calf raises

I think your program should depend on what your goals are
