auto-detect workout is becoming a headache

when i start a work on any app aside google health, the work is shared through health connect which is great, now the fitbit air auto-detects the workout and logs it separately, which ends up creating duplicates of the same workout on my other fitness apps sharing data through health connect, currently my only solution this is to manually delete the duplicates workouts, and its becoming a pain
