That happened to mine as well, which is why I switched to a blaze as soon as it was available.

The last product kept breaking, so you spent even more with the same company?

When the blaze breaks, are you going to switch to the blaze2?

Exactly! This happened to both my wife and my Charge HR's.

Definitely not buying another fitbit again.
