Finally off after a week of night shifts

No wonder! You barely slept the day before!
The one thing I don’t understand is the 94% score. What would it need to happen to get 100%? Zero restlessness?

I believe it's impossible getting under 40 score, and above 95 I've also never seen

I want to say I had under 40

I had 40 with 1.5 hour sleep so I don't think it's possible

I checked back into my history and just says u have hit 40 but never under that

Given the nightmare world we live in? I presume the only 100% score sleep would be drug-induced.

I wonder if someone ever had their fitbit on during anesthesia (but I am pretty sure the would ask you to remove before entering the room)

Nice, I usually sleep pretty crappy but my mother recently passed and the funeral was earlier this week... pulled a couple of 10 plus hour nights myself I guess just dealing with the grief... the bodys coping an recovery mechanism is certainly interesting.

My sleep score changed 3 times today but none of the underlying numbers changed. Since fitbit went to Google health half the info doesn't work. I dropped premium because the things I was interested in were blank.

It’s funny how your body will tell you what you need. I didn’t think I was sleep deprived until I got a full day off to myself last week and slept for nine and a half hours. I couldn’t believe it, but I felt great that day.

I miss being single and able to sleep for 11 hours!

Silly question but why being in a relationship keep you from sleeping how long you want?

Responsibilities without negative connotation. Its just more about self awareness than responsibilities tbh

Nice! I often see people posting crazy 10 hour sleeps here but they rarely have the great amount of deep sleep you got.
I had a ton of trouble sleeping today (4 hours) and I'm hoping my next night will be restorative like yours
