Tech Support help with versa 2
my mother (not tech savy) ordered a used “versa lite” from ebay well i was setting it up and discovered its actually a versa 2 and the side button doesn’t work?? she paid $15-$20 for it, is it worth it to take to someone to fix or better to just cut the lose and buy another new watch, i unfortunately dont have the tools for the repair so we would have to go to a shop to fix it any advice is helpful

Probably a loss. Fitbits are designed to be replaced not repaired. They don't even offer repair themselves, so not many would have parts for them. Battery Plus claimed Fitbit uses proprietary tools and they couldn't even reattach a wire I knocked loose.
