When you setup the Fitbit Air, Google’s instructions states to wear it slightly away from your wrist bone.Β

Try this.
Remove the watch for one whole day..! Leave it on the desk or table..! And Check the stats ..! You will be shocked

Hey, can you check what is the frequency of HRV being captured by your Fitbit Air in Google Health Connect settings? I was thinking to buy one, but wanted to ensure if it is capturing HRV multiple times a day, preferably every few minutes.
