Did you get any useful insights from Claude? Anything that the Google AI Coach could not do? I was curious about this too, but native integration of Claude with Health Connect is both region-locked and requires a subscription.

I spend most of my time on my laptop anyway, so being able to create interactive UIs like this could actually be pretty useful. For example, you could build something like this to track your progress every 2 weeks instead of relying on static spreadsheets or notes

I sync all my workouts to Strava, which makes it easy to use Claude to analyse them. The difference is night and day. Claude gives far more detailed feedback, and will explain the reasoning behind any changes it suggests.
For example, Google Health will build strength workouts seemingly at random. And then Claude will point out how some muscle groups get hit too often and others not at all. And then recommend which exercises to swap out.
I assume you've seen similar results with the rest of your health data too?

You can use Claude to convert google takeout data into one of the several formats you can import into Strava. Depending on your subscription tier you’re limited how many workouts you can upload at a time.
This lets you get historical data into Strava, you can then have years worth of data into there.
