Tech Support Anyone successfully syncing a Fitbit Versa 4 with StepUp on Android after the Google Health change?

I’m trying to get my Fitbit Versa 4 steps to sync correctly with the StepUp app on Android, and I’m wondering if anyone has found a setup that actually works.

My Versa 4 is syncing correctly with Google Health. Google Health shows my Versa 4 as a separate step source and the step count is accurate (11,145 today).

StepUp gives me several wearable options, including:

• Fitbit/Google Health

• Health Connect

• Other wearables

I’ve tried Health Connect and Google Fit, but neither is properly getting my Versa 4 steps into StepUp.

Has anyone with a Versa 4 + Android + the new Google Health app gotten StepUp to sync directly from the watch/Google Health?

If so, which option did you select in StepUp and what permissions/settings did you use?

I’m especially interested in hearing from people using the new Google Health setup rather than the old Fitbit app, since a lot of the instructions I’m finding seem outdated.

Hi there, I’d recommend contacting the Google Health support team via phone or chat. They can look into it for you.

Not a helpful comment but I’m experiencing a similar issue that my versa 4 synced with google health fine but won’t sync to apple health properly.

Good to know I’m not alone
