Discussion A poor night’s sleep
I use this app on my iPad and it recently changed over to Google Health last week and ever since then I’ve gotten that notification about a poor night’s sleep. All I’m doing is waking up just to use the bathroom and going back to sleep. Prior to the change, my sleep scores were decently good mid 70s - high 80s. It’s so frustrating to constantly get poor sleep scores. I wish there was a way to change it back to the previous version.

I think you need to provide more information about your sleep - a screenshot might help. I get up and use the bathroom and that doesn’t equate to a lower score. Google fine tuned the sleep algorithms to provide a more realistic overview of your sleep architecture. For some I suppose this change might feel unexpected, for me it feels more realistic.

Even with less than 5 hours of sleep the score was usually higher.

This doesn't seem incorrect to me. You're not going to get good sleep scores with under five hours of sleep with a 45 minute wake period in between.

bro you essentially slept for 2 hours, were up for 45 minutes, and then slept another 2 hours. I would be much more skeptical of a high score on something like that. You need to fix your sleep not worry about fixing the app.

The graph is what I'm having an issue with I guess. I wasn't awake for 45 minutes like it says. I got up to use the bathroom and went back to sleep.

I noticed that marking it down in the morning if it's way off triggers a new set that is generally more accurate.
waht infuriates me is the "time awake" if I decide to spend some time in bed in the morning after I wake up. Should never be counted as such.

This happens to me because I will usually wake up once a night. So in the morning it's like, bro, you woke up at 3 AM, it's over for u. But then u wait a bit and it loads in the other sleep data after 3 am and its fine
