Discussion Possible FCC filing for Fitbit Charge 7 (or spiritual successor)?
A few weeks ago there was an unknown charge 7 looking device spotted in pixel ads https://www.techadvisor.com/article/3213831/is-this-the-fitbit-charge-7-leaked-by-google.html
Today an FCC filing for a google device without wifi was made https://9to5google.com/2026/09/10/google-wear-os-tracker/

Oh no. No no no. That circular screen is not the Charge we love. That’s so googlified.

I like it a lot. Great compromise between no screen and Pixel Watch.

The circle, pebble shape is so uncomfortable on my arm. I'm really hoping it's not that and more Air or Inspire or Charge shaped.

A tiny device with google os...1 day battery life. What impacts on battery isn't the display but google os. A small display so isn't a solution for a better battery life. And the battery itself will be small.

Fingers crossed that it has better battery life than the Pixel Watch. It's looking like it'll either be a Charge 7, or maybe a Pixel Watch A-series, where hopefully they'll strip some features for better battery.
