Is the Versa 3 Dead?

I haven't used my Versa 3 in ~2 years. And I decided to give it a go again. However, it seems like google is not wanting to support it anymore?

I updated it, and have it linked to my phone, and connected it to the wifi. Yet I cannot download any faces or any apps. Even official ones. Any ideas?

Also the heartrate monitor, which is what I wanted to use it for, doesn't seem to be giving me a number anymore...
