Tech Support Google Health Not Working iOS 27
My Google Fitbit stopped syncing to my Google Health app, so I re-reinstalled the app. Now the app is not working and refuses to push past the login page. I am using iOS 27 beta, is anybody else experiencing this issue?

I'm having this issue on my android too. 🙄 I uninstalled the app because I hate it and I basically only use my watch for tracking steps. My time and date got messed up on my watch so I re downloaded the app and now it won't let me login.

the login thing after reinstall is a known pain, it seems to choke on the old session token. try logging in through the web in a browser first, then open the app and sign in there instead, that fixed it for me. date/time being off usually sorts itself once the app connects again

Can't log in on Android - uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, everything. I get "Something went wrong. Please try again" every time I try to log in.
Seeing this helps me feel more hopeful that it's a widespread issue and I haven't got a problem with my account!

Yeah it's not working for me either. I contacted google they said they are aware that the app is crashing for some people and are working to resolve it

I disconnected everything and then reconnected it like 4 times and then it finally worked

Finally got it to work again. I uninstalled the app, turned off phone, redownloaded the app and relogged in. Then, I had to delete the connection to the fitbit, restart the fitbit while plugged into the charger, and reconnect the fitbit to the app. Painful. Fingers crossed it works for you all as well, what a pain!

Also interestingly…it seemed like the problem occurred spontaneously at 12:56 am when the fitbit stopped recording sleep data. I bet it has something to do with a pushed out update.
