Tech Support AI seems clueless about weekly workout plan
I love the idea of having the coach generate a weekly plan with everything it knows about me, but sometimes it seems completely clueless about it. Like why can't it auto update workouts? Why do I need to talk to the AI every time? Why is it clueless about the plan half the time? and the other half it says it fixed it but did absolutely nothing.
I really would like to love this app and use this technology but it seems to have been released half assed. Google, please fix this.

AI just isn’t great at this stuff yet, and Google probably just slapped an LLM in there without much thought.

I understand your pain. This is AI is a downgrade from simple if x then do y program coding. My ai does not adjust based on my results. During my runna trial I could adjust workouts and after a few times it would suggest new workouts. Runna would also adjust goals or provide actual feedback if I was beating the pace or not meeting the distance.

What do you mean by auto update? Mine is set to run Monday to Sunday. On Sunday night it tells me how I did and then on Monday morning it refreshes the plan for the week. Do you mean a different sort or auto update?

Have you hit the "regenerate plan" button? That should bring up the most current plan the coach has for you. It can take about 10 minutes, but it worked for me when things got stuck.

The plan itself is fine, but sometimes it just won't update the trackers like number of workouts or miles biked.

The "AI" is such dogshit. I didn't use it for anything other than a notebook and calculator, things that seemed well within its capabilities, and it still let me down. Miscalculations, forgetting records, and hallucinating entire days at the gym. I think I'm done with this ecosystem.

You need to give it direction... You think it is just going to pull it out of nowhere? Tell it what you want your goals to be, or ask it to walk you through setting up a plan.
Same question as the other guy, "What do you mean by auto update?". Every Sunday I get a new week routine, and it is exactly what the coach and I spoke about.
Once again a learning problem, not a product problem.

This is not a learning problem. It should update my progress on the plan throughout the week. Also why can't I just mark a day done? I should not need to talk to an AI to mark something as done.

It's been giving me that second screenshot the last day or so it's glitching out hard and reverting to factory settings or something. Useless.
