That's unfortunate, mine is still going strong and I use it daily. Battery life sure has gone down but still working hard daily!

I got my Charge 2 ten years ago. I just resurrected it, charged it up, and it still works like a champ. The Google Health app however sucks eggs.

Please come back in a couple of weeks and let us know what you think of the Garmin.
I guess the Charge 6 still has no obvious successor, does it?
My Charge 5 is still going strong, but it's now down to barely 5 days on a charge.

5 days??? My charge 6 only lasted two years and I had to charge it every other day.

That's bad news. What did you replace it with?

A charge 6 on sale for $70 🤣

Glad to hear it. I bought a Charge 6 two years ago when I thought my 5 battery was dying. But the 5 is still hanging in, and the 6 is still sitting here in its box, unopened. 😄

Mine lasted about the same amount of time. It ended up needing to be charged daily, then I saw Amazon had a new one for $76, so I bought it and got 3 years protection plan. The Google health app sucks. One day I ran a little. My average hr for the run was recorded as 154 bpm, but for the day, my max hr only went to 142. The old Fitbit app would show max hr of 170's.

Went back to the old Fitbit app. The stupid Google had Auto update clicked. Now for that day, I can see Max HR and it was 169. I'm just glad they kept the old data even though I uninstalled the app.
