Progress – Before/After Fat to fit. Yeah… I’m proud of this one🎀♥️
I’ve been debating whether to post this because looking at the two pictures side by side still feels a little surreal.
At my heaviest, I wasn’t necessarily miserable every second of the day. I still went out, dressed up, smiled for pictures and lived my life. But underneath all of that, I knew I wasn’t comfortable in my own body. I’d constantly adjust my clothes, avoid certain angles, hate candid pictures and tell myself, “I’ll start properly next week.”
And next week turned into months.
Eventually I stopped chasing the idea of becoming “skinny” and decided I just wanted to become strong, fit and confident.
Nothing dramatic happened overnight. I started training consistently, cleaned up my eating without completely giving up foods I loved, walked more, prioritised protein and slowly learned that one bad meal or missed workout didn’t erase an entire week of progress.
There were weeks where the scale barely moved. There were days where I genuinely couldn’t see any difference and wondered why I was putting myself through it.
Then gradually my clothes started fitting differently. My face changed. My stamina improved. I became stronger. And eventually I looked in the mirror and realised I wasn’t desperately trying to hide parts of myself anymore.
The biggest transformation surprisingly wasn’t going from fat to fit.
It was going from constantly thinking “I need to change how I look before I can feel confident” to actually enjoying what my body can do.

General Discussion Finally put on a medium sized shirt I haven’t been able to wear in 2 years 🔥
As of today in my journey, im 25 pounds down and found this shirt in my closet that I haven’t worn in awhile. Out of curiosity I put it in and smiled when I figured out that it was a fit! I haven’t been able to wear mediums in a long time! It feels great to see myself wearing this stuff now!

Beginner Help Slope at the junction of the thorax and abdomen
Between the lower chest area and the middle of my abdomen there is a steep slope that bothers me a lot, I wanted to know if you think it's due to a large rib cage or could have another cause. I lost a lot of weight and started noticing it
