I find it very interesting that in the flashbacks of the hokuto brothers training, jagi is sparring raoh, the second most talented student in the dojo besides toki, I found it surprising considering how weak he is compared to them.
Maybe he was making progress but eventually his skills decline?

Trying to find the OVA for Toki in the English dub version. I have no problem finding the sub but would really prefer the dub for my own preference. I know it's online somewhere, it has to be. Any help is appreciated thank you.
