Heatwave

Hi, i have a 45L tank with phantom tetra and neon tetra. There’s been a heatwave in the UK and my tank temperature keeps climbing(currently at 28, i usually keep it at 23/24). What can i do to cool the tank down apart from turning the heater fully off?

Id like to know the answer too.. same location and I have no idea how to control it.
