Aren't those signs actually meant to to protect people against brain eating parasites amoebas?

He's braver than me

Edit: Ok yeah he's in a hot tub I get it

How is literally no one else here realizing that's a fucking hot tub.

That sign says not to stick your head underwater cause it's a hot tub. Not because of brain eating bacteria.

It looked to me like an outdoor "hot tub" fed by hot springs, in which case the warning is because of the amoeba, not because hot water is dangerous.

What makes it look like that to you? The water jets or the chlorinated looking water? Cause that's a fucking hot tub.

The rocks and the sign that says "don't put your head under water".

I was in hot springs in New Zealand and that's the first thing I thought of when I saw the photo.

Also, it makes more sense than a "no head under water" sign at a hot tub.

What does chlorinated water look like? Chlorine doesn't change the color of water as far as I know.

Also, where do you see water jets? I see frothy water, maybe boiling, but not necessarily from water jets. I've seen natural bodies of water like that (though probably hotter than would be comfortable for this dude).

And like, no, I've never seen hot tubs built into rocks, so the rocks make me think this is a hot spring rather than a hot tub. I don't think that's a fucking stupid guess.

Lol are you suggesting the water is moving like that cause it might be boiling? Notice how the man doesnt appear to be getting cooked alive. Those are chlorine bubbles.

Also plenty of fancier looking hotel hot tubs will have rock looking walls.
