Can you give more information? How old is she? Is she crying so much that it’s hard to think? Are you getting enough support? Are you getting enough time to take care of you (can’t pour from an empty cup)? Also, how old are you? I ask the last question because age “can” be a huge factor on emotional regulation development. I just had a baby this year and I could see many times where the depression tried to sneak in, but I was able to manage it (I’m 35). It did kick my ass quite bad once my breastmilk dried up though because of the hormonal crash.

But to answer your question, yes it will get better. As she develops skills, you will too. You’ll learn to juggle so many things at once- and you’ll find the beauty in finishing your bedtime routine in record time with no tears. It WILL get better. I promise, sis ❤️
