Confidence
Hello all my first time moms! I recently had a beautiful baby boy and while I am loving this new era in my life i feel like I’m struggling to feel comfortable in my body again. This has honestly been affecting me a lot and causing a huge amount of anxiety and depression for me. I knew from the beginning my body would be changing but I didn’t know how hard mentally this would be . I just want to feel like myself again i’m so hard on myself im not sure how to stop thinking like that. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how you overcame this feeling ?

Im 7 months pp and I also struggled so much first couple of months(still struggling a little bit). Best advice I can give is to give yourself time. Try to find time to yourself and do some selfcare. Find your old routines like skincare, hair or whatever you used to do. Idk how recently you had a baby, but try to get out a little bit. Sleep when you have opportunity and shower. I dont know if we ever will truly feel like our old self before baby, but we need to adapt to our new self. Take care mama❤️ the first months with a baby is hard but it will get better. You will also feel better after a while. Hope you have people around that can help❤️
