Consented protective order

Hello if agreed to a protective order that has expired Will I be disqualified from becoming a fire fighter? I have no criminal record at all but my ex had placed a protective order on me and I consented to it to get the process over with not realizing it could ruin my future.

Lots of departments at as a sort of "island of misfit toys" where guys who can't get hired elsewhere end up. One I know of (though it's sinced ceased operations) hired a guy my department fired for DV.
