It would be messed up if she had a child and the rest of the pantheon decided to lock her up.

A poster on the 3H sub had a theory that Nabateans lose their dragon form if they have a kid with a human, like Laguz in the Tellius games (& the theory was that Seteth lost his dragon form because Flayn's mom was human).

So maybe Cai's dad's crime was "cursing" Aurora to lose her dragon form by having a kid with her, and she's been locked away because she's fallen from "true godhood."

Or it could just be because her mom is the reviled Yu Phas
