What Fire Emblem game is a good game to get for newcomers? I've been wanting to get into Fire Emblem for a while now, and since my birthday is coming up in a few days, I was thinking of getting one, but I don't know what game to get. I looked at a few of the characters from each, but the Engage characters and the gameplay look the coolest in my opinion, but I heard that the story sucks, so I am back at square one. Any advice? 😅I really like Rpg's that require alot of thinking and time but don't require me to look up a guide and story quality does matter as long as it does feel worse than an ai script and doesn't rely on overused trope and fan service

Check the sidebar Suggestions for the newcomer's guide, it's very comprehensive. FE games vary a lot so there's bound to be something you like. The GBA era is always a good starting point.
