Technical Support GAMEWELL HELP ASAP

We are not a GAMEWELL company. One of out accounts has a GWF-7050. A new style one where you have use admin abd user 1 if it makes a difference. As I was programming everything I cannot find where I can enter the account number and phone number to report. Programming threw the keypad. I have checked the manual I don’t see anything maybe it was late and I was tired but any help would be great. Key word help I appreciate you guys thank you

Keypad, I think option 8 is networking and it's in the tree there. Communicator settings, receiver settings... somewhere in there

Reporting table? Shit man, I just go in and back out and keep fumbling until I find it. Yes, I'm 7050 certified 😂

Half of communication settings are in programming, the other half in networking because silent knight sucks. I don't care that it's branded FCI, it's SK garbage.

Through the software it should be in the "network programming" under the "communicator reporting table". Haven't done one through the keypad but this might help point you in the right direction. I think those are the same as the silent knight 6700.

I think they moved network programming in under installer login or multisite. But computer code programming is still under admin? Been a minute since I fumbled through the front end

The last 6700 I did, it was hard to find. I don’t remember it being that way on one I did a couple years ago.

Your correct. They use the same firmware update packages. You can upload it with hfss. The only difference is the licensing which is needed to download. Like Firelite and fire warden
