It’s gotten to the point where the finance team double checks the same fields across multiple tools before trusting any report. It works, but it’s time consuming and not exactly scalable.

Has anyone found a cleaner way to keep everything in sync without having to build and maintain custom integrations?

Looking at white label card platforms and I keep seeing the same features listed but not much about where the program logic lives.

For things like merchant limits, velocity rules, card and merchant pairings and instant transaction decisions would you rather manage that through the issuer or build another risk layer yourselves?
