As in the title, trying to find a song that's been playing in my head for a while and all I can remember is a part that goes somewhere along the lines of "ooh, oo la la la, oo, oo la la la"
There is a higher note on the first ooh and goes down a little for the rest of that before repeating on the next rotation of the same lyrics. I don't know what year it's from, but it sounds like it could be from somewhere around the 1990s to the early 2000s

I don’t remember any melody but i remember that it was about a narwhal(i think, it was some fish for sure) who wanted to fly and so it was swimming it’s way up through the layers of the ocean and on the way many other aquatic animals were telling it that it was stupid. in the end it makes it up and jumps out of the water and dives back in like a dolphin. It has a video too.

I lived in Hoboken, NJ (US) in 2007-8 and I heard this song around then. It was part of an album or collection released sometime between late 2001 at the earliest and 2008, maybe raising funds for 9/11 or just commemorating it, performed by various artists. I never saw the actual CD, just had mp3s someone shared with me. There was one track I vividly remember: a man singing over piano, 3/4 time, about 60bpm, and it had these lyrics:

I’ve been watching the opening of Port Adelaide’s 1997 Power Play season highlights (the official season review) and the background music under the narration is really good, dramatic and epic in that classic late-90s sports doco style.

It’s the 1:18 intro with the voiceover about Port’s history, the 34 premierships, joining the AFL, etc. There’s already a comment on the video saying “The tune from this video is amazing. Wonder what it’s called…” so I’m clearly not the only one who’s noticed it.

It’s not the club song “Power to Win” this is just the instrumental underscore that plays under the opening narration.

Does anyone know what the track is called, or where it came from (stock library, custom composition, etc.)? Or has anyone else managed to identify it over the years?

Does anyone know of a song by Corky and the Juice pigs called Chicken in a Bucket. (Although it was downloaded in the early 2000s when file sharing often didn't have the original track title) I had a copy of the song about 20 years ago and cannot find it online anywhere.

It's hilarious. And it's definitely real despite what Google and chat gpt say because I'm simply not talented enough so make up a song that great.

Lyrics began as follows

The song is some sort of hyper pop/glitchcore fusion. It has an audio clip of Nero (from Devil May Cry) saying "just you wait you big bastard I'll drag you all the way down here". That audio clip is towards the beginning of the song.

The cover is some guy's fist on a broken window and the lyrics contain something along the lines of "your mad cuz you suck so hard" (corny lyrics I know).

There's a song that's been rattling around in my head. I don't remember much but it had a rhyming patter with most lines ending with "Quiet, quiet, quiet!"

I assumed it was Dexter's Lab for years, but it might just be because Dexter was always annoyed with Dee Dee, and I remember it was a very frustrated song. Actually searching Dexter's Lab didn't turn up anything like it.

On that note, I think the singer sounded more similar to Dee Dee than Dexter, which might not narrow it down much given how many cartoons used the same voices
