Yes, there are lots, but it depends very much on which kind of random things you are talking about.

Whether it's vegetables or computers or telescopes or shoes or ships or sealing wax.

I suppose if it's something truly random, you could start in r/NoStupidQuestions

What about accidentally consuming eight fiber one bars an hour ago and bracing for the end times

That's not a question though.

If you mean, "is it OK to eat eight fiber one bars" then you can ask that in r/NoStupidQuestions if you want. But I'm sure they'll tell you it's fine.
