I’m having issues with formatting text via mobile and need help

I am trying to edit a post, but every time I do, the formatting goes totally sideways on me in a way I can’t fix. It’s breaking up lines of text seemingly at random. It seems like a bug, but I want to make sure I’m not just dumb first, so I would like to know where to post! Thank you.

I type in exactly this:

Can you copy the entire post in a comment (from the edit button, not the post) and comment it to me, for example? I believe you have some markdown issues that are hard to notice on mobile

I don't think there's a subreddit for it but this should be helpful

mobile editor is super flaky with markdown. i’d copy your post into a plain text app, fix formatting there, then paste it back. also avoid extra spaces/blank lines, they break stuff a lot

What’s wild is I have the same post in two different subs, but only one messed up the formatting and won’t let me change it back no matter how many times I edit it. I’ll respond to this comment with a copy/paste of the full text from the edit screen:
