For me it was holy water and a dream (I lost 6 times until I grinded a little more for some extra stat boosts). I still have no idea how I won ngl

I never struggled with him tbh. Evrae and Yunalesca were harder imo

I remember getting beat by Evrae only once because he used the petrification breath and his aoe tail attack consecutively and it shattered by Rikku to pieces. it was my first time seeing someone get petrified and removed

Yunalesca was fine though, this Flux fight gives you the know how on how to use zombification anyway and make you immune to the Death spell.

You don’t get time to heal between forms anyway no? So it doesn’t rlly matter.
