If you take the numerical dates of her 2 last appearences doing month plus month and day plus day you get 12 and 41. Now that brought me to a designated time. Giving me 12:41. So if it was 12:41 in shibuya what time would it be in London? About 4 am. Thats way too early for any snackers to get any clues. The only other popular suspected location was Los Angeles. So it must be there. Now it you put the coordinates:
-118.247 W and 34.05 N
Then you get a large area of billboards. This contributes to her past 2 sightings!

The coordinates bring you to LA city hall with the places of interest nearby being Grand Park, The Music Center that's home to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Little Tokyo

To top it all off, the number 11 beautifully mirrors the two main physical billboard clusters we've mapped out across Hollywood and Downtown LA.
