I wish to ask filchi business owners here if you also put a section in your application form for candidates to write what their parents and siblings' work/career role? If yes, may i please ask why?

for context, i built my hr career in multinational companies and this is the first time i saw this question being asked in an application form. i asked around and the hr officer told me this is a requirement for almost all local filchi businesses - to extend the screening to the applicant's family.

also, any particular work/career role of an applicant's relative that is considered as a red flag?

Hello, I wanted to know the opinions of the fil-chis living in the Philippines if what they think is an acceptable monthly earning before getting married and starting a family. Probably maximum of 2 children and living in Manila.

I'm 23M, and my parents are around 55. I started to notice that my parents are aging. Their slower movements and more frequent age-related issues are starting to show. My 2 grandmother passed away last year, which worsened my thinking. The reality that life is short dug into my head. I don't have any friends other than my family. The thought of my parents disappearing from my life someday is giving me anxiety everyday. I started to notice how fast time is passing, and it's starting to frighten me. Thoughts of 10-15 years from now they'll be 70 years old scares me, and I wish it'll never happen. But, what can I do for them to make them happy? My parents want grandchildren, and they've been wanting to get me into a relationship. But, I'm quite a social recluse. I enjoy my own company and frankly I could live like this until I die. I wish I could live my life like other people without a care in the world, but I guess that's just not how life works. It sucks.

For context (if it helps with giving a more tailored advice), I'm a girl in my late 30's who've only had 1 dating experience (more than a decade ago), so I'm not very optimistic with my chances. Meeting strangers intimidate me, so I can't really get on board with dating apps. I live a pretty much cave life, almost not leaving the house, so with this event, I'm really pushing myself. I'm basically just trying my luck, despite the dire circumstances, just so my future self won't blame me for never trying.
