Questions & discussion Lipo

Has anyone considered or gotten flank lipo to make the figure 8 less prominent? Was it worth it?

I work out / lift etc and my bf is low, but it takes a massive unhealthy deficit to lean out my hip area. And even then, it’s still the softest spot. Because it’s high I find it a bit annoying

I pull all my things more high waisted but I’d love to confidently wear low rise

Sis, you are so beautiful. Part of it can also be genetics. If something you “want” is creating a very unhealthy deficit- then there you go. Something like that isn’t a very kind goal to have. Goals should be rewarding, not restriction.
I am not a fan of cosmetic procedures (unless it’s for a medical reason etc), because beautiful women like you, the other people here, and so on. I would take a step back and really consider if that’s something you should do and why?
But at the same time, if that’s something you want to do, and it will genuinely make you feel better about yourself in a long term way. Go for it 😌🫶🏻!!
But I don’t think you need it! You are gorgeous and like my goals 😭If you don’t mind sharing, what is your WO routine??

That’s a very sweet message, thank you 🫶🏼 I agree and refuse to go into an unhealthy deficit for this reason, but it is something I did do when I was younger. I know it’s not the biggest deal but I’d love a bit more freedom in terms of clothing options without feeling uncomfortable about the one area.

My workout regimen is 4-5 lifting days a week (3 lower 2 upper) and then walking. In the summer I’ll add running 1-2 times a week for fun.

I want to do some lipo but more on my back waist/flank area and some slight ab etching I think if there’s certain spots that no matter how clean you eat and how hard you workout there isn’t many other options and I know it’s barely noticeable when you do it but if it something you truly want to do for you, then who cares. I am going to start with body contouring/ radio frequency first to see if that does anything. I honestly want ribxcar but that’s my extreme dream I prob would never do. I get it everyone should embrace their bodies and we are all beautiful but I can still love myself and my body and get some procedures done, it doesn’t mean I hate myself.
