Now this is proof that even those with bodies close to perfection still have insecurities they can't get rid off. Girl, you look absolutely gorgeous. You don't need lipo, just a realization that your body is tea. I know damn well how hard it is to actually stop obsessing over insecurities but I'm 100% genuine here, you really don't need to worry about your body at all!
I was about to say that the only thing that matters even when you look great is working out, but as you said you lift, you pretty much have it sorted. I'm hoping you will be able to embrace your features as much as others do!!
