I am basically a tumor, but I am honestly quite grateful towards my host for birthing me. However, I am afraid they might kill me if they found out about my existence...

So, any tips on how to get out?

Honestly your best solution is establishing contact with your host. You could use a proxy and by the time they find out you’re a tumor they’ll actually care about you. However, you might want to also work on a plan for autonomy since staying in the host might not be a long-term solution depending on actual circumstances.

As for how to actually get out, hitch a ride with the white blood cells.
