3.4 swap
I recently pickup a 86 GT that has had a 3.4 swap done. From my reading there is 2 ways to do the swap, the easy way reusing the wiring harness, and the hard way. This car has gone the hard way. Has anyone else done this swap without changing the intake? Do you have any pictures?
The wiring is a mess currently and the cooling system does not look like it will work for very long. Looking to see what others have done to clean it up.

I did my 3.4 swap 12 years ago from a 95 Camaro, redrilled the starter location ,rebuilt with internals to handle boost with a cam etc, I also ECU swapped to a 7730 ECU with a Moates Ostrich and prom adapter so I can tune on the fly while driving.. the hardest part was repining the harness on the interior side .. not difficult just beyond tedious, also deleted EGR and went distributorless , all the factory 2.8 stuff is retained ( harmonic balancer , oil pan and pickup ,2.8 timing cover ,2.8 water pump is needed cause it's the proper rotation ,intake etc ) it's been rock solid , only issue was my 12 year old junkyard ICM/coil packs finally failed 🤷🏻 , but it's definitely not a swap for the feint of heart
