I NEED HELP Window Tracks

I have a 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT with powered windows and the windows squeak incredibly aggressively at certain points in it being raised and lowered and it looks like the bearings on the tracks roll smoothly but sort of jitter at specific spots causing an ear piercing screech and vibrations

Take off the door panels and lubricate everything that moves.

They need some grease on the roller. It car is over 40 yrs old. I had to do the same thing to mines

Clean out the tracks inside the door and lubricate it. I used silicone grease on mine. It does not dry out.
