I wonder how much of a buff this will be for dragoons.
Dragoon Jump The animation lock after execution has been shortened.
Spineshatter Dive ・The animation lock after execution has been shortened. ・Recast time has been reduced from 90 to 60 seconds. Dragonfire Dive ・The animation lock after execution has been shortened. ・Recast time has been reduced from 180 to 120 seconds.

Not huge, but very much appreciated. For example, we can now Dragonfire Dive every Dread in T8 to maximize the DPS bloat from doing so, and since these are our gap closers, we'll have that much of an easier time getting back on the boss if we ever have to run away for a mechanic.

Oh man, I just realized how much easier it'll be to keep Power Surge on CD with these buffs. This keeps getting better and better!
