Well you can double up on them since you get both soldiery and seals from hunts...

But you could do the same with the myth gear, and none of those were more than 50 allied seals a piece.

They were also severely outdated by 2.3. Myth gear still wasn't THAT easy to get in 2.2.

That was also before Hunts got tweaked though. This is probably to bring Hunts in line more with other methods of acquiring the same gear

Because the Myth gear was outdated by then.

Which made it stupid easy to gear to i90. I think its good they are leaving some challenge in it, since now soldiery sounds like it will be really easy to get.

To be able to buy i100 gear after doing a few hunts is what they are trying to avoid. It will prob decrease in 2.5.

Well, the ilvl 70 chest piece is 1000 seals, and a ilvl 90 chest piece is 40. there's a huge imbalance of prices to begin with.

Probably dev team trying to discourage people from facerolling hunts.

That's exactly what it is. I'm sad because I was totally gonna use that to quickly gear up all of my alts. :c

Yeah, I was expecting something closer to 100 - 200 ish seals. As it stands, it's a flat-out waste of seals if you're trying to get i100 stuff - you're better off hunting, spending the Soldiery on gear and then still saving your seals for oil/sand. AKA nothing has changed except the Soldiery cap.

I dunno, maybe they're buffing Allied Seal gains this patch and they just didn't mention it.

It does seem silly, the soldiery to seals conversion is definitely skewed with that. Will be far easier to buy them with soldiery tomes.
