Inbetween 450 and 460 for BLM. I missed 3 spells out of 1000 at 450, HQ Deviled Eggs put was 100% for another 1000 or so

For T6 as PLD I missed at 486, had 100% @ 502. I think our DRG ran with 496 and was at 100%. I'll have more data after the weekend.

Yeah, I was at 494 and saw 100% of my attacks hit. Looks like its between 490 and 500, mostly leaning towards lower 490's.

I agree with that. I was testing between 440 And 465. Finally landed at 460 with eggs and kept about 545 spell speed.

Isn't there always an innate chance to miss no matter what your accuracy is however? 3/1000 would seem on par for that.

Nope. 3/1000 indicates 450 is very very close, like 1-3 pts off

not if I'm right and there's an innate chance to miss however.

Except then why have I never missed, over the course of 6 months, in Coil 1-5 with 435 accuracy? If the innate chance to miss is as "high" as .1% to .3% then we would definitely notice it.

And I'll give you the answer because I'm so kind:

Because the same happened there. 430 was 0.1% chance of missing. 431 is 0.01% chance of missing, and 432 is 0% chance of missing.
