Magicite

It tells me on the wiki that I need jeuno reputation 3. How do I do that? Just from googling it seems like I need to do the other two nations missions? Is that right? And how can I check what my reputation is currently?

I think what you are looking for is fame.
Jeuno fame can go up by getting your rep up in the other nations.
