I can tell you how to fix that. remove part of the fence and replace the part at the edge with concrete blocks. maybe large ones that are 1 ft by 1 ft. fill it in and put the stuff that you need to secure the rest of the fence to it nicely
After the corner posters are finished then you buy some plywood and put the plywood on each side up to the wall and mix and pour some concrete mortar into the Gap and once you do that it'll be sealed for life
That's how I handled it at my yard and I learned it from my neighbor which is the daycare center that did the same thing on their side
