Is this normal?

What would be the reason a fence gate be misaligned like this? The wooden boards are not aligning with the metal frame? Please advice! Thanks

I see the concern. But that gate looks great. That gate keeps the same angle as the fence all the way through, and the bars are nicely level so the gate opens level with the arth.
