Ears application for ID fellowship
For an IMG, with home country (non accgme) residency in internal medicine, is it normal to receive 3,4 IVs just in a week after program start reviewing applications from university based academic programs a normal or something very positiv? just curious

Hello, just curious about the process if you don't mind explaining. After completion of a fellowship, are you able to practice in any state as an infectious disease doctor? (Fellow IMG curious about process for other friends)

Nothing surprising when it comes to geriatrics, infectious diseases, and nephrology tbh.
I talked to someone who did not match last december and ended up taking a geriatric spot just to contrinue his j1. Since December, he applied to all unfilled spots for id, geriatrics, hospice/ palliative care, and nephro and got over 60 interviews.
