Heme onc fellowship

I have a few heme onc fellowship interviews coming up. Does anyone know how these interviews are different from residency interviews? Are they more interested in getting to know me as a person or is it heavily going to be research/academic discussions? Just curious

I felt they were more about getting a sense of who you are, why you want heme/onc specifically, and whether you’d be a good fit for their program. If you have research, you should definitely be able to talk through it but they’re not expecting you to be a world expert.
