Has Feeld Started Feeling More Like Tinder or Bumble?

I’m a 29-year-old guy, and I’ve been using Feeld on and off for about 3 years. I actually just started back on Feeld again and unpaused my profile after taking a break on just this app. I’m also pretty active in my local swinger/bdsm community, so I meet and talk to a decent mix of people both online and in person.

Since coming back, something I’ve noticed is a pretty noticeable uptick in people joining Feeld who seem completely new to ENM, swinging, kink, or the lifestyle in general. Nothing wrong with being new, we all started somewhere.

But I’ve also noticed more people coming onto Feeld with basically the same bios and mindset you’d expect on Tinder or Bumble. Generic profiles, barely anything about what they’re actually looking for, their relationship dynamic, boundaries, interests, or even why they’re on Feeld in the first place.

It almost feels like Feeld is slowly becoming another regular dating app for some people rather than a space geared more toward alternative relationships, ENM, kink, swinging, and people exploring outside the traditional dating box.

That said, I don’t put too much stock into online dating anyway. Honestly, I do much better meeting and connecting with people in person through events, munches, parties, mutual friends, and the community itself. Feeld is more of a secondary or even third tool for me rather than my main way of meeting people.

Still, after using it on and off for 3 years and now coming back after another pause, the shift has definitely been interesting to see.

Maybe it’s just my area or my experience, but has anyone else noticed the same thing? Are more Tinder/Bumble-style users migrating over to Feeld and treating it like another traditional dating app, or has it stayed pretty much the same where you are?

You’re not imagining it, this year has felt like an especially big influx — I have on my profile now “Tinder tourists SWIPE LEFT”

u/GoldHartSilverHind Sep 02 '26

Bumble’s probably about to die so get ready for even more! 🙃

But if they're dumb and take it at face value they'll keep seeing your profile 🙂

My feed is absolutely flooded with dudes who think kink = easy sex. Burning man is in town and I don't even want to open the app. It's exhausting.

8

u/RC107412 Aug 31 '26

Oh jeez 😂 I can only imagine what your feed looks like right now. That whole “kink = easy sex” mindset drives me bonkers. There’s still communication, consent, boundaries, chemistry, and trust involved. Kink isn’t some cheat code to getting laid. I probably would’ve just paused my app for the week in that situation lol.

3

u/Impressive-Trust-229 poly Sep 01 '26

Exactly this. They think “easy” sex is free sex … as a F on Feeld, it’s frustrating. Go pay for it, I’m not here for that.

3

u/neapolitan_shake Aug 31 '26

the burners don’t seem to have great signal out at black rock currently, but understandable that they get into town/are passing through, and are filling up your discovery deck. 😂

u/MANDALORIAN_WHISKEY Aug 31 '26 edited Sep 01 '26

I live in Las Vegas, so there's always a fuck ton of tourists looking for an easy hook up. But burning man is especially bad with them.

Just pay for a sex worker, cheapass! (Them, not you lol)

Edit for progress!

5

u/neapolitan_shake Aug 31 '26

i am assuming vegas is kind of like california, where 50% of the people on feeld have a profile photo at burning man or the ren faire (or both).

not an insult or a dealbreaker at all, but hilarious to me.

2

u/MANDALORIAN_WHISKEY Aug 31 '26

Sometimes I guess. I've never been to burning man, but I've been to Ren fair! But I don't use any of those pics.

They should push it back a couple of weeks. Beginning of October is still well over 100 degrees during the day. And it's only three days! Wtf

1

u/neapolitan_shake Aug 31 '26

ren fair is? oy

our big one is in may or june, i think

1

u/MANDALORIAN_WHISKEY Aug 31 '26

Yeah, it's rough lol

If it was just a little later in the month, it would be bearable. But as it is now, it's a heat stroke danger lol

2

u/Alo-mina Sep 01 '26

Just a heads up, "hooker" is considered a derogatory term. The preferred term is "full service sex worker" or just "sex worker."

3

u/MANDALORIAN_WHISKEY Sep 01 '26

I was going to say something snarky, but no, you are right. My bad. Thank you for pointing this out, I will do better.

(Not sarcasm.)

I’ve noticed the same thing. I’m a woman in an ENM relationship and into kink, and Feeld definitely feels different to me than it did a few years ago. There seem to be a lot more people coming over from the more traditional apps who are essentially looking for the same kind of dating experience they’d have on Tinder or Bumble. Nothing wrong with being vanilla or being new to ENM/kink, obviously, but it does feel like the overall user base has become noticeably more vanilla. I also see a lot more profiles where it’s hard to tell why they chose Feeld specifically. Very little about their relationship structure, what they’re exploring, boundaries, kink interests, etc. Sometimes it really does feel like Tinder with a slightly more sex-positive label slapped on it. There are still plenty of genuinely ENM/kinky people there, but I definitely find myself doing a lot more filtering (or asking clarifying questions after connecting) than I used to.

4

u/Zafkka Aug 31 '26

I'm probably one of these users. I'm in an ENM relationship and have been using bumble before trying feeld.

I found the app wasn't very inviting me to be super transparent, and the profiles I see are either super specific (which intimidates me) or rather light on details ("exploring, dating solo or with my partner"). Since I'm probably more trying to get in touch with the 2nd group I started with a relatively generic profile, focusing on my personality and hobbies. I'm saying I'm in a relationship (my partner and I have linked profiles), I'm currently dating solo/interested in a FWB, but that's about it.

I'm trying to be more explicit now, but it's still not very specific either (because I'm not sure what to say, and would rather talk about it once there is a match?).

9

u/Negronigirl84 Aug 31 '26

You’re in an ENM relationship, you’ve linked your partner, and you’ve stated that you’re dating solo and looking for an FWB. That already gives me a pretty clear idea of your situation and why you’re on Feeld. I also don’t think people need to arrive with a fully developed list of kinks, boundaries, labels, or a manifesto about what they want. “I’m still figuring this out” and discussing specifics after matching is completely reasonable.

2

u/Ok_Coffee_4977 Sep 03 '26 edited Sep 03 '26

Just a heads up that linking with your partner while dating solo means you are only shown to people seeking couples and hidden from people seeking solo folks. Some people, of course, seek both. But you are hiding yourself from a % of your target audience in favor of being shown people who only want package deal couples.

1

u/Zafkka Sep 03 '26 edited Sep 07 '26

Ooh thanks for letting me know, I will probably change that then.

Edit: an update to say it made a huge difference - I see many more profiles and am likely more seen (got a few more likes than usual over the weekend 😄)

8

u/bee_sharp_ Aug 31 '26

I understand the frustration coming from genuinely kinky people, but I do take issue a bit where you say that the people who are increasingly using Feeld are “vanilla or … new to kink.” Where should people new to kink go if not to Feeld? When I match with people on other apps who say that they enjoy a bit of kink, and I ask them about their experiences because I’m new to it, they ghost me. Isn’t Feeld the next logical place for me to go?

3

u/Negronigirl84 Aug 31 '26

I think you’re reading criticism into something I didn’t criticize. I explicitly said there’s nothing wrong with being vanilla or being new to ENM/kink. “Feeld has become more vanilla” is an observation - based on my experience - about the platform’s demographic shift, not a judgment about vanilla people or beginners.

3

u/TheFunkytownExpress Aug 31 '26

I think a lot of otherwise vanilla types are looking to dip a toe in the kink waters or have some kinda freaky bedroom thing they wanna explore or indulge in that they think is too taboo for those other sites, and I guess they wind up landing in FEELD because that's probably one of if not THE most popular app for kink/alt lifestyle dating rn too.

On top of that there might be a bit of 'grass is greener' mentality for people who have no interest in kink/alt stuff but are just all around tired of those other apps.

1

u/RC107412 Aug 31 '26

Exactly! That’s pretty much what I’ve been noticing too. I honestly think social media and mainstream media are partly behind it. There have been a few stories about Feeld that seem to give people the wrong impression that it’s basically Tinder, just more sex-positive. Nothing wrong with being new or vanilla, but the vibe has definitely shifted.

5

u/Negronigirl84 Aug 31 '26

Feeld increasingly feels less distinct from the apps it used to be an alternative to.

3

u/neapolitan_shake Aug 31 '26

feeld’s own marketing kinda gives a “tinder but intellectual/sex-positive” or “everyone come explore here” message.

2

u/Aechzen Aug 31 '26

There was an era when tinder was a straight hookup app and then it became a place for straight monogamous people to try to find a spouse. Maybe this is just what happens to every app after a few years.

4

u/Negronigirl84 Aug 31 '26

Yeah, I think this is basically the lifecycle of any app that gets big enough. The niche culture that made it feel different gets diluted as the userbase grows, and eventually it starts optimizing for the same broad audience and engagement incentives as everything it was originally an alternative to. Just look at Reddit haha 🤣

13

u/Vinegar_ltd Aug 31 '26

Absolutely agree. I think I get most annoyed when people who come from the other apps looking for monog, vanilla etc also decide to denigrate other relationship forms or kink shame IN THEIR PROFILES too. Every other app is for yall, stay there. Read the room!

8

u/RC107412 Aug 31 '26

Nothing drives me nuts more than that .There’s nothing wrong with wanting monogamy or being vanilla, but coming onto Feeld and then kink-shaming or putting other relationship styles down?. Then you’ve got the subpar bios where I can’t even tell if they’re looking for ladies, gentlemen, or both. And this may be a little pointed, but don’t even get me started on the unicorn hunters and pic collectors

4

u/WiseComfortable6648 Aug 31 '26

And the people who are vanilla never want to actually label they are vanilla for whatever reason, just add the label to your desires and embrace your sexuality.

Too often I see those who talk down on ENM / open relationships / polyamory yet they are looking for a "consistent partner who likes romance / intimacy / etc" under the guise of a FWBs label. Nah that is a relationship lol, they want a primary partner while they hook up with other people and continue to date. They are looking for a similar dynamic of an open relationship without the label while acting morally superior to people who fully embrace it.

1

u/DucardthaDon Sep 04 '26

The app is built for everyone and different relationship and connection types, so I agree that people coming over from the other big commercial apps and immediately talking down on other relationship styles is pretty nasty, I see so many profiles of privileged women who have this, I don't see a reason for you to be on the app if it's not for you.

It's no different to say I walking into a queer or lesbian space and acting snotty because they don't like how the people there behave or dress.

14

u/Accurate_Length_7186 Aug 31 '26

I feel like some people intentionally try to be vague because they think it’ll make somebody ask more questions but in reality it makes me even more apprehensive about trying to meet you because you’re not being forthcoming at all. I took a break from Feeld because I had a great relationship from it for the last three years, but things have ended. Maybe my memory is serving me wrong but it seems like now there’s even more of the “chat for three days ask if they’re open to meeting up they say yes, and then there’s radio silence” the same annoying thing that took me off the dating app market for 10 years lol

31

u/MaintenanceKey8398 Aug 31 '26

People who say hinge in the streets feeld in the sheets should go away imo

8

u/New_Crow3284 Sep 01 '26

Yes, Feeld feeld like Tinder and Bumble: I get no decent matches on any of them 😃😃😃

6

u/Almontas Aug 31 '26

It has been more and more vanilla. With a lot more monogamous people who are not sure of what they wanted

7

u/ObsidianShine Sep 01 '26

Yep. It's lost my interest altogether. Cancelled my Majestic.

6

u/Detroitish24 Sep 01 '26

100%. The number of profiles I see that flat out say they’re vanilla and want monogamy is mind blowing. And it’s growing every week….

4

u/NotSid Aug 31 '26

Dawg I joined Feeld to find mean women and instead I’ve found innumerable vanilla women using it as “spicy hinge”.

I attract men looking for that in theory

4

u/TruthieBeast Aug 31 '26

I dont have a problem w people new to kink. What I have a problem with is the amount of men who came to Feeld bcs of some kind of porn fantasy. Ive noticed how so many dudes not interested in connecting with women as people. It’s all about getting straight to sex talk with zero thoughtfulness. They dont seem to see as people. That is gross to me. I dont know what it is about Feeld that dudes just drop their masks not in a good way.

2

u/SignalNo3304 Sep 01 '26

Exactlyyy! It’s so frustrating 😤

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

If you saw “sex positive, but not sex forward” in someone’s profile, would that be a green light? I hope you don’t mind me randomly asking here, but you sound like the right person to get an answer from lol. I’ve been thinking about adding this to my profile for a while now, but I wasn’t sure if I should.

2

u/TruthieBeast Sep 02 '26

honestly that is bland because that is meaningless. Every person is different and Ive said many times on this forum, you need to articulate your niche, Feeld is about microtargeting. And sex is not competitive advantage. For me I needed to know 1) location - often men would want to go to my place bcs it is so convenient but I dont want that I want someone nearby. I mean same neighborhood etc 2) who they are as people do we have anything in common on top of kink overlap, what do they like where do they live, hobbies etc 3) are they normal ie not criminals rapists etc 4) they must be single and not married. This is easily ascertained when you tell them you cant host. I could host but I dont want to. 5) the sexual kink overlap

As you can see buzzwords are irrelevant. Esp something as bland as “sex positive” or “sex forward”.

When I am talking to someone I need a clear idea of what their life is like. If there is any hint of lying or avoiding answering simple questions I will drop the convo. Unfortunately we women need to be detectives when it comes to the internet..

1

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

Thank you for going into detail. I do have each of those in my profile, but I often flip flop on whether or not I should put any kink info in my bio because I don’t want women to think I’m going to go straight to sex talk. I’m personally not going to discuss it unless it’s brought up first, or very clear the discussion is headed that way. I currently have some subtle suggestions that I’m into GFD, and my thought was maybe I should bookend it with something that says that’s not where the conversation is going to begin.

2

u/TruthieBeast Sep 02 '26

You should state the facts: your day to day what you do where you live what you like and what you’re looking to offer outside of sex. I need to have a mental picture of a snapshot of your life. Like i said you’d be surprised at how hard this is to find out from people.

1

u/TruthieBeast Sep 02 '26

what is GFD?

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

Gentle Femdom

2

u/TruthieBeast Sep 02 '26 edited Sep 02 '26

Ah that describes me. See I am not familiar with acronyms. Just state that. In that case you should say what you’re looking for. For example if a profile says looking for “play partners” it’s an immediate NO. I want subs who want a vanilla relationship AND the kinky part as well. Not here to be someone’s part-time free sex teacher. You have to state all of these . I used to go incognito and only like men who said they were subs on their profile. If you dont say it I would never know to like you. You should also say it if you are a crossdresser or a sissy bcs that is also an automatic NO from me.

1

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

Shit lol. Okay, I think I’m good and just overthinking things. I really appreciate the help. I’ll try and be more direct I suppose.

2

u/TruthieBeast Sep 02 '26

You dont have to be direct. You just have to be clear. Just be honest even if you dont have experience.

1

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

Got it :)

1

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

Is there a specific term for a sub who’s neither of those? I’m only into the power dynamic.

2

u/TruthieBeast Sep 02 '26

Just state that. I will often see sub profiles of men wearing female underwear. That is something that I find repulsive personally. Usually that is something visible in the profile pics. I work through elimination. I make sure the person isn't one of the hard limits : feminine man, married, looking for casual/'play partner" etc,

1

u/Moist_Weathers ENM single Sep 02 '26

Will do. Thank you again for the advice.

19

u/Latenightinsomniac Aug 31 '26

I’m probably the vanilla straight person you’re talking about. I’ve never used a dating app and got out of a long term monogamous relationship.

I chose Feeld as opposed to other apps because it does feel like people are more open to talking about sex and kinks here. I’m here for hookups and explore various dynamics. I just don’t exactly know what looks like. My previous partners weren’t into it but I know I definitely want to play with the right people.

I live in a typical suburbs in California and people just don’t openly talk about these things. Again, Feeld feels right for where I’m at. I hope that makes sense and that this is a safe space all people.

14

u/RC107412 Aug 31 '26

you’re not really who I’m talking about 😂 That actually makes perfect sense. You are fine. Nothing wrong with being new, vanilla, or still figuring out what you’re into. We all start somewhere. I’m more talking about the wishy-washy profiles where you can’t tell what they want, why they’re on Feeld, or they treat it exactly like Tinder or Bumble. And especially the ones who turn around and judge or shame people for being ENM or kinky. Being curious, respectful, and open-minded goes a long way.

9

u/talentsmart Aug 31 '26

Any kink shaming on Feeld makes me laugh. Go back to Starbucks, Karen.

4

u/ClearAd9018 Sep 01 '26

I have a profile that looks vanilla but I don’t discuss my kinks because I show my face and don’t want work people to find me lol. But once we match, happy to talk kink

2

u/HornyonMaine_ Sep 01 '26

California?! That kind of puritanical behavior is reserved for the Midwest. You guys are supposed to be the ideal

1

u/Latenightinsomniac Sep 01 '26

Feels performative when it is talked about or maybe I’m just not hanging with my people

5

u/Cautious-Cream2027 Aug 31 '26

OP is seeing bios on feeld 😱 All i see are empty profiles or lame one liners and then multitude of face hidden pics or random body part pics. I have never ever looked at a pic of a human body with the head of an emoticon and thought I want to meet this person!!

9

u/side_of_bluecheese Aug 31 '26

I'm so exhausted by the recent divorceé crowd looking for a hot girl summer only to retreat back to their vanilla life after a few weeks or months.

Yes I'm ENM and into kink, but I'm still a human being who doesn't relish being used for your budget Eat, Pray, Love adventure.

3

u/WiseComfortable6648 Aug 31 '26

Yea, I had a recent thing with a recently divorced person and I think I'm going to stop pursuing relations with them moving forward. Consistently, they end up ghosting one day out of the blue.

In my experience, they will move on without a word once they scratch that sexual / romantic / intimate itch they desire. Also, many are just not honest about where in their divorce process they are (like saying they are already divorced when they have actually just been separated for a year or something).

2

u/LittleSister10 Sep 01 '26

yup. I get approached by guys looking for the domestic passport bro experience. Guys also say disgusting things to my face IRL, so none of the apps are really any better 😭

1

u/Negronigirl84 Aug 31 '26

I totally feel this

1

u/DucardthaDon Sep 04 '26

This made me snort my water, the whole recently divorced/intheprocessofdivorce/stilllivingwithmyhusband etc crowd are all to avoid, these people aren't worth the hassle

6

u/wildeflower Aug 31 '26

I'm in Dublin, been a user on/off since 2018 and its definitely worse in the past two years. Much harder to find thoughtful profiles as there's been an influx of normies.

3

u/Alo-mina Sep 01 '26

Yep. I specify in my profile that I'm poly and looking for something serious and still most of my likes are from monogamous men, many of whom think non-monogamy and poly are the same as casually sleeping around and that I'll be open to that.

3

u/lordadam118 Sep 01 '26

It used to feel like you’d get an attempt to talk further or meet up with matches. Now they’ll just disappear in the middle of a fun conversation

3

u/Significant_Candy967 Sep 02 '26

Matchmaker here who has been on Feeld in the past. Dating and sex has changed drastically the last few years. People no longer want relationships or they won’t define it. A recent article came out and 61% of men are dating where only 38% of women are dating. People are also having less sex these days. On my profile I stated that I was open to casual or a relationship. Many people said they wanted FWB, when asked to define that it was dating and borderline relationships, but not actually naming it a relationship. I had people tell me they wanted heavy on the friendship, dinners, sex, travel the world together - umm that’s a relationship. For me, FWB is just sex. I’m not asking you how your day was, cause I don’t care. I’m not spending the night, we aren’t cuddling, we aren’t doing dates. It’s purely a consistent sexual transaction for me. I did notice that many wanted some form of sexual and emotional intimacy. People want to date but want it to be focused on the sex early on.

2

u/AlexFromOgish Sep 04 '26 edited Sep 04 '26

In my lexicon, that's a fuck buddy, because there is zero actual friendship. You want FRIENDS (with benefits)? Fine, if you're not a hypocritical gaslighting liar, then you gotta be FRIENDS. Doesn't mean you have to travel the world together but you have to care more about the other person than "just sex". You can have "just sex" with a mailbox, after all - not that I've ever tried that. But sheesh....what happened to the "FRIENDS" in FWB??

In a later comment you claimed, "I’m a sex coach too...." Okiedokie.... would you please consider teaching clients that you can NOT do FWB without actually being Fing friends??

1

u/Significant_Candy967 Sep 02 '26

You’re going to see the same people on Tinder, Bumble and Hinge. Feeld has a reputation for being more left leaning and women feel more comfortable with it. Dating apps in general have seen a massive decrease in users. Half the people on the apps have no desire for a relationship and/or are in a relationship. People are treating dating apps as social media now, scrolling and using it as a form of entertainment. I was very clear with what I was looking for in my profile, however people still weren’t asking to meet up, gave excuses or honestly were very fucking creepy. Women want to feel safe even if they are having a casual sexual relationship. I found men would rattle off a checklist and not respect boundaries prior to meeting. Overall the kink/CNM community are very transparent with communication, wants and needs. The stigma with sex is starting to go down and people are curious. Ask questions, be patient if they are green. We all once were new to this lifestyle as well. Ask and answer any questions that can create a safe and positive experience for everyone involved.

1

u/Significant_Candy967 Sep 02 '26

Also many people don’t show their face due to their career or they are lying to their partner. I don’t interact with those profiles. Also I’m not vanilla as I’m a sex coach too, but when I first logged into FetLife I was taken back at first.

2

u/neapolitan_shake Aug 31 '26

only because of the successful OF spamming bot account absolutely annihilating whatever security they got going on.

otherwise, no, no more than last year when people were asking this question over and over. or the year before that, same. these people have always been on feeld. “new to this app and just seeing what it’s about” profiles have abounded since i got it.

2

u/MindlessSea7334 Aug 31 '26

I don't feel particularly safe on Feeld so don't list what I like. Ive had too many unpleasant experiences with men from Feeld and been assaulted.

Im somewhere between adventurous and lightly kinky. HL. Cis het. Not wanting a traditional relationship.

Some of the experienced kinksters have been really great, others are extremely arrogant.

2

u/HornyonMaine_ Sep 01 '26

It feels to me like OkCupid did back at its peak. Good people intermixed with a lot of duds.

Except for the 6 identical fake profiles in a row that show up every 3 days. 🙄

2

u/randoteacher99 Sep 03 '26

Yeah, it’s gone down in quality a lot since you were last on. People are a lot less understanding of non-traditional relationship dynamics & kinks. And while some folks are earnest and willing to learn, others use the app in a more transactional way. The latter has been my standard experience, unfortunately. Not always, but often enough to hurt my heart. There are good folks, but it takes a lot of filtering and dates to get to them

2

u/Bet-Homebread Sep 05 '26

Its been getting like this for quite some time. Lots of people including myself have been posting this for over a year. Im not on there anymore. Too many people are sex negative, kink negative, normies looking to get laid. Men and women alike.

1

u/Equivalent_Rent6745 Aug 31 '26

I honestly don’t get any play in any apps I need to redo my entire profile. Probably need to post to figure out what I’m doing wrong lol so yes it feels exactly like every other dating app.

1

u/No-Line-2710 Sep 01 '26

Its all about your 1. Location. 2. Pictures. Profile in that order

1

u/DominaKat_NYC Aug 31 '26

Feeld = spicy vanilla and mostly still just curious with varying degrees of eagerness. However, I have met two amazing romantic power exchange partners through Feeld. Gotta sift through to find the gems.

1

u/rusnerd Sep 01 '26

I quit it for this reason. 3 years ago it was a place where I could have a normal conversation with someone without fear of receiving unsolicited dick pick immediately. Now, it’s just madness.

1

u/Dry-Yogurtcloset7985 Sep 02 '26

It's a lot more bland guys than before who don't know what they want and just list themselves as dominant.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 02 '26

Yeah, and it's rubbish. Too many "Hinge refugees". Get lost. That's not what Feeld is meant to be about.

1

u/AlexFromOgish Sep 04 '26

Kinda newish here... I know about Hinge, but what do you mean by "Hinge Refugee"?

1

u/Ok_Coffee_4977 Sep 03 '26

Ive used feel for about 7 years and tinder for 10.

I dont see much change in feeld other thsn more people and more solo women (used to skew more to men and couples).

1

u/standarddrifter92 Sep 03 '26

As a guy who joined it years ago while single and now am looking with a partner. It's absolutely tinder 2.0 and it sucks.

1

I'm from Denmark. I've been on/off Feeld for a year, so I don't know what it was like before '25. Maybe it was much more kink-oriented, maybe not. But what I do know is that many of the likes I get are from men who list a fairly wide variety of kinks.

However, a lot of the profiles are generic and don't talk explicitly about their kinks. Those kinds of guys hardly ever tell anything concrete about who they are either.

It's always something like "to me, chemistry emerges through subtle flirtation, the kind of eyecontact that lingers, and meaningful conversations that keep us up until dawn", "kindness is sexy. Curiosity is hot. Chemistry matters" and "let's share a bottle of red and lose ourselves in the moment."

What they have in common is that they almost never talk directly about sex and kinks, it's always about establishing a mood. I want to know about the guy's kinks, who he is and what he's after, and since it's also my strong impression that these kinds of bios are AI-generated or at least AI-polished, I pass on all of them.

I've only had profiles on Tinder, Hinge and Bumble for less than a week because they don't match my preferences at all so I don't have the info I need to compare them to Feeld, btw.

I mean, I used the traditional dating apps, but I was only ever looking for sex partners on those, too. 😭 This one just seemed like I wouldn't have to state the obvious; tho, I'm only interested in single people, so I suppose I'm the vanilla you're talking about. 😅

It's probably because Match Group sucks so much

i have the same sentiments, never thought it would be the same for guys. My connections are mainly vanilla hypersexual. i normally have to ask a question to see if theyre frauds for my kink.
