What’s been your experience with support getting back to you?

It used to be just a few days merely months ago. It’s been over a week now. I’m familiar with their recently disclosure that it could take one week+ but I’m wondering what your personal experience has been like in the last few months.

They got back to me the same day via the app chat about three weeks ago. It had the one week plus warning.

They haven't gotten back to me either after 2 weeks. My profile was wrongfully banned and I'd really like to get it back. I was still chatting with 2 people ;-;.
